Benchmark Rates

Treasury curve and lending benchmarks

The rates that actually price acquisition debt. SBA 7(a) floats over prime, the 504 debenture prices off the ten-year, and conventional lenders quote over SOFR or the corresponding Treasury.

Constant maturity Treasury series are published once per business day, so figures shown are not real-time and are not quotes. Nothing here is a rate lock, a commitment, or lending advice. Comparison calculator

SBA 7(a) vs 504 vs conventional, side by side

Enter your borrower profile once and compare all three programs across capital structure, monthly payment, amortization and true cost — with a recommendation built from your DSCR, credit, purpose and down payment.

  • Two-tranche 504 with separate bank and CDC debenture amortization
  • True APR including SBA guaranty fees and lender origination
  • Cost to year 10 including the balance a longer amortization leaves behind
  • Fit score across DSCR, collateral, credit, purpose and injection

All three finance the same amount: every program takes a ten percent injection, so the comparison is not quietly handing the 504 a smaller loan. Cost to year 10 is payments made plus the balance still outstanding plus upfront fees, because a 504 amortizes over twenty-five years and a 7(a) over ten — comparing payments alone leaves $539,630 of 504 principal out of the picture. Only the 7(a) is priced on prime; the debenture is fixed at sale and the bank first is conventional. Time value is not applied.

Preview figures are computed from a single illustrative profile rather than typed in, so they move together when an assumption changes. They are not a quote. There is no autoplay: the carousel advances only when you do, because a panel of numbers that slides away mid-read is worse than one that sits still.

Data Privacy

Your numbers stay yours.

ExitAdviser is a calculation tool, not a data business. Every calculator runs in your browser, authentication happens on your device, and we do not sell your information to anyone. Below is exactly what that means in practice.

Authentication
Signed on your device
Sign-in is completed on your own device. Your credential is never transmitted to us in a form we can read, reuse, or replay.
Encryption
Encrypted end to end
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Saved sessions are encrypted at rest. Integrity is verified using SHA-256.
No Data Sale
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your calculation inputs. There is no data broker relationship behind this product.
Frequently asked questions
Where do my calculations actually run?

Nothing you enter into a calculator is transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save a session to your account. If you use a calculator without saving, we never receive your revenue, EBITDA, loan terms, valuation inputs, or any other figure you entered.

Closing the tab on an unsaved session discards the data entirely. It is not recoverable by us because it was never sent to us.

What does "signed on your device" authentication mean?

Authentication is completed locally, on the device you are signing in from. Rather than sending a reusable secret across the network, your device produces a signed proof that it holds your credential, and we verify that proof.

  • Your credential does not leave your device in a readable form
  • We never store anything that could be replayed to impersonate you
  • A breach of our systems does not expose a password you may reuse elsewhere

This is the same category of protection used by passkeys and hardware security keys, and it removes the single largest cause of account compromise: reused passwords exposed in someone else's breach.

How is my data encrypted?

Protection is applied at three separate layers:

In transit
All traffic between your browser and ExitAdviser is encrypted with TLS 1.3. There is no unencrypted path to the site.
At rest
Saved sessions and account records are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Integrity
SHA-256 is used to hash and verify credentials and to confirm that stored data has not been altered.
Worth knowing

SHA-256 is a one-way cryptographic hash, not a reversible cipher. That is precisely why it is used for credential and integrity checks -- a hash cannot be turned back into the original value, even by us.

Do you sell my information?

No. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information or your calculation inputs to anyone -- not to lenders, not to brokers, not to advertisers, not to data aggregators.

ExitAdviser is not funded by monetising user data. There is no arrangement under which a third party pays for access to who you are, what business you own, or what you were valuing.

We also do not share your calculator inputs with any third party for advertising or cross-context behavioural profiling.

What information do you actually collect?

Only what the product needs in order to work:

  • If you don't create an account: nothing that identifies you personally. No calculator inputs are received.
  • If you create an account: your email address, and your company name if you choose to provide it (that field is optional).
  • If you save a session: the inputs for that specific calculation, stored against your account so you can reopen it.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a tax ID, a bank account, or any government identifier. No calculator on the platform requires one.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete any individual saved session from your dashboard at any time, and you can delete your entire account from the Account tab.

Deleting your account removes your email, your saved sessions, and the calculation inputs attached to them. Deletion is permanent and is not recoverable afterwards -- so export anything you want to keep first.

Are the calculators free? Is there a catch?

Most of the finance calculators are free and there are no usage limits. There are additional tools that require sign up and certain comprehensive valuation softwares that are paid or subscription based.

The free account is not a data-collection mechanism. We ask for an email address because a saved session needs an owner, not because your details are the product.

Who can see my valuation or financing numbers?

You. If you have not saved a session, no one else -- including us -- has ever received those numbers.

No. Saved sessions are encrypted in the database with AES-256, and no one at ExitAdviser reads them — not support, not engineering, not us.
